Australian Communications and Broadcasting Authority - ACMA (2005)

In this 27 page Submission to the Select Senate Committee on the ACMA, this document shows that Censorship seems to be a separate function that in my opinion should be included within the ACMA.  The other problem is that the ACMA seems to be being funded from sales of spectrum that is used for Mobile phones, and that can only drive end user prices up - not down, and considering the size of Australia wilth the lack of population, then this strategy appears to be very ill conceived - and probably came form the USA.
